Booking Deposits
- A deposit is required to secure all coaching appointments.
- This deposit is applied toward the total cost of the session or package.
Cancellations & Rescheduling by Clients
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session:
Your deposit will be credited toward a rescheduled session or refunded upon request.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session:
The deposit is non-refundable.
- No-shows (failure to attend the session without notice):
The deposit is non-refundable and cannot be credited toward future sessions.
- Rescheduling within 24 hours counts as a late cancellation unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations by Coach
- If we need to cancel or reschedule a session for any reason, you may choose either:
- A full refund of your deposit, or
- A transfer of the deposit to a new session time.
Refunds for Coaching Packages
- Refunds for multi-session packages will be prorated based on sessions already delivered.
- Deposits or payments for unused sessions are refundable unless the client cancels a session within 24 hours or no-shows.

- We are committed to providing a high-quality coaching experience. While results are not guaranteed, any concerns should be raised promptly so we can address them.
